

A Thursday drug raid on Jamestown's north side resulted in charges against a city man. Narcotics investigators with the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office and Jamestown Police Department executed a search warrant at 1107 North Main Street shortly before 6:15 AM. According to the Sheriff's Office, 44-year-old Joel Rosario-Negron was located inside the residence. Investigators seized 24.7 grams of crack cocaine, scales and packaging material, and $1,400 in cash. Rosario-Negron was charged with two counts of 3rd-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and one count of 2nd-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia. He was transported to the Jamestown Police Department to await arraignment.
