A Cattaraugus County man was arrested early Sunday after an investigation into a report of an active assault with injury on Seneca Nation territory in the Town of Cold Spring. Cattaraugus County Sheriff's deputies say 28-year-old Bradley Stahlman, Jr. of Salamanca faces one count of 2nd-degree assault and three counts of 3rd-degree assault in connection with the incident at the Highbanks Campground. He was also charged with resisting arrest and 2nd-degree obstruction after deputies took him into custody. Stahlsmith was arraigned in Salamanca City Court and then remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail.
