Chautauqua County's top cop is reminding motorists about the dangers of attempting to drive through flooded roadways. Jim Quattrone was a guest on WDOE's "Viewpoint" program on Monday, one day after several inches of rain fell across parts of the county, including four inches in Fredonia, which caused flooding on some roads.
