A crash on I-86 in the Town of Mina led to the arrest of a Jamestown man who was wanted on an active warrant out of Pennsylvania. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies were called to the scene shortly after 9:45 AM Sunday and identified a person on scene as 49-year-old Henry Stovall, Jr. After deputies found out about his warrant, Stovall was transported to the Chautauqua County Jail and charged with being a fugitive from justice. He was held pending an extradition hearing.
