
A Bemus Point man faces several charges following an altercation that occurred in the Town of Gerry. On Friday, Deputies with the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office were dispatched to a Gerry address for a past tense altercation at around 10:24PM. Upon investigation, it was found that 20-year-old Anthony Miller had allegedly committed multiple offenses. Miller was taken into custody and later charged with Endangering the Welfare of a child, Unlawful Imprisonment, 2nd-degree Aggravated Harassment, and 4th-degree Criminal Mischief. Miller was transported to CCJ for Centralized Arraignment.
