70 retirees of Jamestown Community College recently gathered at the Roger Tory Peterson Institute for a retiree happy hour. The evening, hosted by the JCC Foundation and the President's Office, gave retirees an opportunity to explore the museum’s exhibits, reconnect with friends and former colleagues, share memories, and hear an update on the college today from President Daniel DeMarte. Through donations to attend the event, $1,100 was raised for JCC scholarships. The event was organized with the help of a retiree planning committee that included Chuck Brininger, Dr. Gregory DeCinque, Nelson Garifi, Maria Kindberg and Becky Nystrom.
