SUNY Chancellor John King, Jr. recently announced new Civil Discourse and Civic Education & Engagement Fellows. Among the newest class is Fredonia's Angela McGowan-Kirsch, an associate professor for the university's Department of Communication. The announcement was during a roundtable to discuss SUNY's civil discourse and civic engagement offerings and the importance of fostering civic dialogue as part of SUNY's observation of Constitution Day. In addition to Dr. McGowan-Kirsch, seven additional faculty from throughout SUNY were named in the third cohort.
