The vast majority of New York State has now passed its fall foliage peak. That's according to the most recent fall foliage report from I Love NY. In Chautauqua County, spotters at Chautauqua Institution reported 90% foliage change and past-peak conditions with bright-to-brilliant shades of yellow, gold and orange and significant droppage. Other reporting stations across the western Southern Tier are now past peak.
