Hugh B. Bauer, 95, of Cherry Creek entered into rest on Monday, April 13, 2026. He was born on March 20, 1931 in Binghamton to his late parents, Hilton and Elizabeth (Maslin) Bauer.
Hugh served in the United States Marine Corps and went on to become a pastor for the Church of the Nazarene in Hamburg until he retired in the mid 1990s.
He enjoyed spending time with his goats and tending to his garden.
Hugh is survived by his wife, Nancy Ann (Linderman) Bauer; and his sister, Arline Williams.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the DiStasio Funeral Home, 478 Route 83 in South Dayton.
