Robert John Jurczak, 76, of Arkwright died on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at home, with family by his side. He was born in Buffalo on September 13, 1949, the son of the late Joseph and Elizabeth (Bak) Jurczak.
Robert was a graduate of Forestville Central School, Class of 1969. He served in the U.S. Army during Vietnam and worked at Cummins in Lakewood. Robert drove tanks in the National Guard and worked for Great Lakes Color Printing until they closed in 1990. At one time, he owned his own business for Heating & Air Conditioning. Robert was a devout Catholic. He loved fishing, gardening and had a green thumb. He was an avid Buffalo Bills fan.
Survivors include his daughter, Karie Jurczak and his son, Robert Jurczak, both of Arkwright; a sister, Mary (Philip) Kordon; three borthers, Paul (Daryl) Jurczak, Tom (Gail) Jurczak and Joe (Liz) Jurczak; five grandchildren, Kristina McNaughton, Ethan and Jadon Moore, and Jakob and Joseph Jurczak; two great-grandchildren; along with several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his brother, John Jurczak.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
