Top left: The first meeting of the season between the Buffalo Bills and the New York Jets was a real stumbling block for Josh Allen and company, as they lost 20-17 at MetLife Stadium. That was on November 6th; now, five weeks later, the Jets are making the trip to Orchard Park as one of three AFC teams currently holding a wild card spot. Top right: Buffalo Sabres forward Jeff Skinner was suspended for three games by the NHL on Saturday for this cross-checking incident against Jake Guentzel during Friday's game against the Pittsburgh Penguins. Skinner, who initiated the incident and hit Guentzel in the face with his stick, was assessed a match penalty for the hit. Skinner served the first game of his suspension on Saturday, with the Sabres losing 3-1 at the Penguins. Skinner will be eligible to return next Saturday, when the Sabres face the Arizona Coyotes.
