Top right: Phil Mickelson will not be contending for the U.S. Open title, but he made the biggest story of the week at Shinnecock Hills on Saturday. After missing a putt on the 13th hole, Mickelson chose to hit the ball when it was still rolling, taking a two-stroke penalty in the process.
