Fight for Bills' starting QB spot takes a major twist...Yankees rally with long ball against Toronto...and a startling report on a former Ohio State assistant coach.  More details from Greg Larson on today's Saturday Sports Update...

Saturday Sports Update

Top: Things have gotten very interesting in the battle for the Buffalo Bills' starting quarterback spot.  A.J. McCarron (left) started Friday night's preseason game in Cleveland, but wound up leaving late in the 1st quarter after he got hit from behind by Browns defensive end Myles Garrett and suffered a shoulder injury; early reports indicate a broken collarbone for McCarron.  Josh Allen took over and played in the 3rd quarter, completing 9 out of 13 passes for 60 yards and a touchdown.  The Bills won Friday's game 19-17.  Photos by buffalobills.com

Bottom right: A new report by Stadium released on Friday shows startling allegations of risky behavior by former Ohio State assistant football coach Zach Smith, as the university concludes its investigation into the program and head coach Urban Meyer.  Among the allegations in the report, Smith had sex toys delivered to him at Ohio State's football headquarters in 2015, and his ex-wife said he sent a photo of his genitals with a time stamp that indicates it is from the day Ohio State visited the White House to celebrate their 2014 national championship.  Photo by USA Today
