Top right: It was quite a day for Jason Pominville and the Buffalo Sabres! Pominville, who was honored by the team before Saturday's game against Ottawa for playing in his 1,000th career NHL game earlier in the week, scored twice and added an assist in what was a one-sided victory for the Sabres, 9-2 over the Senators. The nine-goal flurry was the most the Sabres scored in one game since they tallied 10 goals against the Edmonton Oilers in January 2009. Photo by the Buffalo Sabres
