Top left: Anthony Davis, the superstar center of the New Orleans Pelicans, has been at the center of several trade rumors over the last several weeks. On Friday, Davis returned to the court after a nine-game absence, and despite playing only 25 minutes, finished the night with 32 points and nine rebounds. Top right: Sam Reinhart and the Buffalo Sabres are in action this afternoon at the KeyBank Center, as they try to bounce back from a gut-wrenching overtime loss to the Carolina Hurricanes. The Sabres will take on the Detroit Red Wings in a 1:10 PM start. Buffalo has fallen to the outside of the Eastern Conference playoff picture after a 10-game winning streak earlier this season. Bottom: Several local girls high school basketball teams took the floor on Friday, as the regular season begins to wind down. Kymi Nance (left) and the Dunkirk Lady Marauders were able to contain the high-powered Olean offense, but still wound up on the wrong end of the scoreboard, losing 58-44.
