Top: The Buffalo Bills turned in an impressive preseason performance at Bank of America Stadium on Friday, defeating the Carolina Panthers 27-14 in their second preseason game of 2019. Josh Allen (left) played for just two offensive series but was very efficient, completing 9 of 11 passes for 102 yards and led the Bills to points on both drives. Meanwhile, free agent pickup Kevin Johnson (right) provided the highlight of the night for the Bills, running back an interception 70 yards for touchdown in the 2nd quarter. Bottom left: Journeyman quarterback Josh McCown, who had announced his retirement during the offseason, looks like he has another season left in. ESPN reports today that the former New York Jets signal caller has agreed to a one-year deal with the Philadelphia Eagles. Bottom right: One night after giving up 19 runs to the Cleveland Indians, the New York Yankees were in need of a solid pitching performance, and they got it from Masahiro Tanaka.
