Top left: The MLB Players Association on Saturday turned down the league's latest return-to-play proposal.  In a statement, MLBPA Executive Director Tony Clark said, "Further dialogue with the league would be futile. It's time to get back to work. Tell us when and where."  The action by the MLBPA means that MLB Commissioner Rob Manfred could implement a schedule of approximately 50 games.  Photo by USA Today

Top right: Buffalo Bills fans may wind up seeing fewer preseason games this year.  ESPN reports that training camps are expected to start on time in late July, but additional time for conditioning work and football activities at team facilities could replacing some preseason action.  Photo by USA Today

Bottom left: The NBA released a memo to all of its teams on Saturday announcing aggressive testing for COVID-19, starting June 23rd.  However, the league has not mentioned what it will do if a player tests positive.  Utah Jazz center Rudy Gobert was one of the league's players who tested positive for the virus before the league suspended its season in March.  Photo by USA Today

Bottom right: The PGA Tour is back this week with its first tournament since the COVID-19 pandemic hit the nation.  Xander Schauffele leads the pack at -13 after three rounds of the Charles Schwab Challenge in Fort Worth, Texas after carding a 66 on Saturday.  Five players enter today's final round just one shot back.  Photo by the PGA Tour
