Saturday Sports Update
Top: With the Buffalo Bills scheduled to face what is arguably the NFL's most dangerous offensive team in the Kansas City Chiefs on Monday, this is a welcome sign for Bills fans to see. Starting cornerback Tre'Davious White (left) and starting linebacker Matt Milano (right), who were both out for Tuesday's 42-16 loss at Tennessee, had a full practice on Friday after the two were limited on Thursday. The Bills also saw another starting linebacker, Tremaine Edmunds, return to the practice field on Friday after missing Thursday's practice. Photo by the Buffalo Bills
Bottom: Two teams with their backs to the wall in the MLB playoffs kept their seasons alive on Friday. The Los Angeles Dodgers trailed the Atlanta Braves 2-1 until a three-run homer by Will Smith off reliever Will Smith (yes, you read that correctly), propelled the Dodgers to a 4-2 lead and an eventual 7-3 in Game 5 of the NLCS in Arlington, Texas (left). Meanwhile, George Springer's two-run single sparked a four-run 5th inning for the Houston Astros, as they topped the Tampa Bay Rays 7-4 in Game 6 of the ALCS (right) to even that series at 3-3.
