Top: A close football game in Class C South turned into a rout on Friday, as Fredonia scored 27 unanswered points in the second half to defeat Allegany-Limestone 40-17 at Karl Hoeppner Field in Dunkirk. Matt Lotter (left) stamped his authority on the game with 18 carries for 138 yards and two touchdowns on offense and added a sack and an interception on defense. The Billies totaled 157 yards through the air, including 44 yards to Brandon Wronski (right) that helped salt the game away in the 4th quarter. Photos by Fredonia Access and Ron Szot
Bottom left: Sam Reinhart (left) and Ukko-Pekka Ruukkonen (right) played big roles in the Buffalo Sabres' win over the Boston Bruins on Friday.
