Top left: The New York Yankees mob Gleyber Torres after driving home the winning run in the bottom of the 9th inning against the Chicago White Sox on Friday. Torres drove in both Yankee runs on the night in a 2-1 win, the team's fourth in a row. The game-winning hit came after New York successfully turned a 5-4-3 triple play to get out of a jam in the top of the 9th. Photo by Newsday
Top right: The Memphis Grizzlies filled in the last piece of the NBA's playoff puzzle on Friday by defeating the Golden State Warriors 117-112 in overtime to conclude the Western Conference Play-In Tournament on Friday. Schrader pitched 5 2/3 innings and gave up two runs on five hits and a walk. However, his efforts were not enough to get his team the win, as the Trojans defeated the Billies 4-3 in walk-off fashion.
