Top: A crowd this big...for a practice? Buffalo Bills fans turned out in droves for the team's first open practice of training camp on Saturday at Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park. 15,000 fans filled the stadium to see the players in action on Day 4 of camp; at the beginning of the practice session, fans could be heard chanting "MVP!" when quarterback Josh Allen exited the tunnel. Bottom left: The NHL is investigating allegations of cheating by Evander Kane, which surfaced in a post Saturday on Instagram by his wife, Anna. In the post, Anna said that the San Jose Sharks forward has been intentionally losing games for money, stating, "How does the NHL let a compulsive gambling addict still play when he's obviously throwing games to win money? Hmm maybe someone needs to address this." Evander vehemently denied the allegations on Twitter this morning. Photo by USA Today
Bottom right: Dunkirk High School graduate Ashley Gotowka received a commendation this week from the Chautauqua County Legislature for her pitching performance during the 2021 softball season.
