Sunday Sports Update

Top: The winter wonderland came later than expected Saturday night, but it arrived just in time to witness the Buffalo Bills rally to beat the Miami Dolphins.  A touchdown grab by tight end Dawson Knox (left) and subsequent two-point conversion tied the game at 29-29 with just over nine minutes remaining.  The Bills got the ball back with 5:56 left and drive downfield to set up Tyler Bass (right), who made a 25-yard field goal as time expired to beat the Dolphins 32-29 and clinch a playoff spot for the Bills for the consecutive season.  Photos by the Buffalo Bills

Bottom left: While Bills fans were enjoying themselves amid the snow at Highmark Stadium, the Buffalo Sabres also had plenty to smile about Saturday night, as they defeated the Arizona Coyotes 5-2.  The Sabres broke open a 2-2 game with three goals in the final 10 minutes to get the victory.  Jeff Skinner scored two goals in his first game back from suspension.  Photo by the Buffalo Sabres

Bottom right: For almost 30 years, the record for the biggest comeback in NFL history belonged to the Buffalo Bills.  The record was set when they rallied from a 32-point deficit to beat the Houston Oilers in the 1992 AFC Playoffs.  On Saturday, that record was broken by the Minnesota Vikings, who rallied from a 33-0 halftime deficit to beat the Indianapolis Colts 39-36 in overtime to clinch the NFC North.  Photo by the Minnesota Vikings
