Top: It's arguably baseball's most intense and historic rivalry, and on Friday, the New York Yankees and Boston Red Sox renewed acquaintances at Yankee Stadium. The first game of the weekend series saw the Red Sox come out on top by a 3-2 score. The visitors hit a pair of home runs, including one from Rafael Devers (left). Bottom left: The Denver Nuggets are one win away from an NBA championship, and on Friday, they didn't need to rely on superstar Nikola Jokic to deliver a win. In Game 4, it was Aaron Gordon who stepped to the fore, netting a game-high 27 points to lead the Nuggets to a 108-95 triumph over the Miami Heat. Earlier today, the top-seeded Pole claimed her third championship on Roland-Garros' famed red clay by defeating unseeded Karolina Muchova 6-2, 5-7, 6-4 in the women's final.
