A Sinclairville man finds himself in some hot water after allegedly driving with a blood alcohol content more than twice the legal limit in the Town of Charlotte. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies pulled over 35-year-old James Dingman on Barnum Road shortly after 9:00 PM Tuesday for failing to keep right. Further investigation found that Dingman was allegedly impaired by alcohol. A record check showed that Dingman's driving privileges were suspended in New York State. He was charged with failure to keep right, 3rd-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, DWI, and aggravated DWI (BAC .18% or greater) and will appear in Charlotte Town Court at a later date.
