A Buffalo man is facing aggravated unlicensed operation in the 3rd degree following a traffic stop on East Chautauqua Street in the village of Mayville last Saturday morning. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies say they stopped 24-year-old Sydney Johnson for speeding. They found that he had a suspended New York State Drivers license. He will also face speed in zone. Johnson will appear in Chautauqua Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
