Chautauqua County Sheriff's officers charged a Lakewood woman with drunk driving after a traffic stop in Jamestown. Shortly after 2:00 AM on Thanksgiving Day, deputies saw a vehicle traveling on Washington Street and making an improper turn without a signal. The driver, 47-year-old Theresa Frangione, was allegedly found to be intoxicated. She will appear in Jamestown City Court on charges of DWI and improper or unsafe turn without signal.
