A Town of Mina man has been charged with DWI after he was pulled for a traffic violation. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies arrested 73-year-old John Johnson during the traffic stop in the town of French Creek Tuesday evening. Through investigation, Johnson was found to be allegedly driving while intoxicated. Besides DWI, Johnson was also charged with DWI per se and fail to use turn signal. He was processed before being released with appearance tickets for Mina Town Court.
