Two Jamestown residents were arrested on multiple charges stemming from a domestic dispute on Sunday. Jamestown Police responded to an apartment building on the city's north side for a well-being check at about 6:00 PM. As officers walked up the stairs, they saw 19-year-old Jakiera Wright and 22-year-old Robert Gilbert together and willingly talking to each other. Police say Gilbert and Wright both have stay-away orders of protection against each other out of Jamestown City Court. Both were taken into custody without incident and are being held in the Jamestown City Jail pending arraignment. Wright is charged with 2nd-degree criminal contempt, while Gilbert faces felony counts of 1st-degre criminal contempt and aggravated family offense.
