Cattaraugus County Sheriff's deputies recently arrested a Dayton man on an active bench warrant. Deputies say they came into contact with 81-year-old Daniel Gabel on March 15th at an address on Route 62 regarding an unrelated incident, with an investigation revealing the warrant out of Little Valley Town Court. Gabel was arraigned on the warrant and released on his own recognizance, and he is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
