A Fredonia man has turned himself in on a warrant issued out of Leon Town Court. The Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office says 24-year-old Walter Casey, Jr. was arrested Thursday. He was processed at the Sheriff's Office headquarters in Little Valley and then transported to Conewango Town Court for arraignment. Casey was later released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in Leon Town Court at a later date.
