Three Jamestown residents were charged with trespassing after investigations into two incidents at separate addresses on the city's west side in April.
On April 12th, Jamestown Police responded to a report of a burglary in progress at about 7:00 PM. They arrived at the scene of a condemned house and found that 41-year-old Sean Carlson and 34-year-old Brittany Dellahoy were allegedly unlawfully inside. The two were charged with 3rd-degree criminal trespass and were issued appearance tickets for Jamestown City Court. State Police and Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies assisted at the scene.
On April 17th, Jamestown Police were called to a trespassing complaint shortly before 7:45 AM. Officers determined that 23-year-old Gabrielle Wright had allegedly entered the home through a first-floor window and fell asleep on the victim's couch. Wright was taken into custody and charged with 2nd-degree criminal trespass.
