A Westfield man was arrested and charged with DWI in the Town of Pomfret. On Saturday around 2:00am, officers with the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office conducted a traffic stop on Rt 20 in Pomfret. The operator of the vehicle, identified as 45-year-old Samual Cettell, was allegedly operating the vehicle while intoxicated, and was arrested and charged for DWI and No/Inadequate Plate Lamps. He will answer for his charges in the Town of Pomfret Court on a later date and time.
