A Jamestown man faces charges in connection with a pair of domestic disputes that occurred four days apart on the city's south side. Jamestown Police say the first incident took place on April 29th, when 30-year-old Kevin Lopez allegedly damaged property belonging to the victim. He was transported to the Jamestown City Jail without incident and charged with 4th-degree criminal mischief. Then on May 3rd, officers were called an incident where Lopez engaged in a verbal argument with a female victim. During the argument, he allegedly intentionally damaged property belonging to the victim, and further investigation found that he had allegedly violated a valid order of protection to refrain from offensive conduct. Lopez was charged with 2nd-degree criminal contempt and 4th-degree criminal mischief from that incident.
