Two Fredonia residents have been charged after an investigation into a larceny from a building in the Town of Dunkirk. State Police from the SP Fredonia barracks report that 51-year-old Susan Lilly was arrested Friday evening, while 47-year-old William Eppinger was taken into custody late Saturday afternoon. Both were charged with petit larceny for the incident that occurred on Monday. Troopers say Lilly and Eppinger were both issued an appearance ticket.
