Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies charged a Dunkirk man with two felony counts as the result of a vehicle complaint in the Town of Ellery last Friday. Deputies were called to a location on Dutch Hollow Road just before 7:15 PM and identified the driver as 64-year-old Christopher Ley. Further investigation found he was allegedly intoxicated. Ley will appear in Ellery Town Court on charges of felony DWI and 1st-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.
