A man from Butler, Pennsylvania faces charges after a traffic stop in the Town of Ellery late Saturday night. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies pulled over a speeding vehicle on Bemus Point-Ellery Road at about 11:45 PM and found that 59-year-old John Martha was allegedly driving while intoxicated. He was charged with DWI and speeding, and he will answer the charges in Ellery Town Court at a later date.
