Ellicott Town Police have charged a Jamestown man who allegedly trespassed on the property of Fenner Elementary School in Falconer. Officers say 62-year-old Thomas Lauer was seen on the East Avenue property last week during school operation. Lauer was charged with 3rd-degree criminal trespass and issued an appearance ticket for Ellicott Town Court.
