A trespassing complaint in the Town of Pomfret resulted in an arrest Thursday evening. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies responded to the complaint shortly before 8:45 PM and found that 47-year-old Denise Richir allegedly knowingly entered and remained unlawfully in a building. Richir was charged with 3rd-degree criminal trespass and later transported to the Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment. Sheriff's deputies were assisted by State Police.
