A well-being check of a disorderly person in the Town of Ellery led to drug-related charges for a Mayville man. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies responded shortly after 6:45 PM and were informed that 49-year-old Demian Seger drove his vehicle to the scene. Deputies say an investigation determined that Seger was driving impaired by drugs. He was charged with DWAI-drugs and 7th-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
