A man from Ohio is accused of stealing someone's bicycle at Chautauqua Institution. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies were called to the Institution's grounds Tuesday evening for a report of a larceny that occurred on Sunday. After an investigation, 38-year-old Sam Kelly of Oakwood, Ohio was charged with petit larceny. He was released with an appearance ticket for Chautauqua Town Court.
