A harassment complaint in the Town of Sherman resulted in an arrest. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies responded to an undisclosed address shortly after 9:45 AM Monday. An investigation alleges that 45-year-old Heather Ramsey made unwanted physical contact with another person the previous day. Ramsey was charged with 2nd-degree harassment and was released with tickets for Sherman Town Court.
