A Jamestown woman has a court date following a recent traffic stop in the Town of Ellicott. According to Ellicott Town Police, the stop occurred for an infraction shortly after 3:30 AM on July 17th. Officers allege that 30-year-old Kristen Capizzi was driving the vehicle while impaired by illicit substances. She was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs and issued an appearance ticket for Ellicott Town Court.
