A Sherman man was taken into custody following a harassment complaint in the village Friday morning. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies responded to the scene shortly after 6:30 AM and charged 36-year-old Chance Renner after an investigation. He was charged with 2nd-degree harassment and brought to the Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment. He will appear in Mina Town Court at a later date.
