Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies have charged a Kentucky man after determining that he allegedly remained unlawfully in the garage of a residence in the Town of Ripley on Friday. Deputies were called to an address on Shortman Road shortly after 6:30 AM on a suspicious person complaint. After an investigation, 65-year-old Brian Blackburn of Versailles, Kentucky was taken into custody. He was charged with 2nd-degree criminal trespass and released with an appearance ticket for Ripley Town Court.
