Two people from Jamestown have been arrested for allegedly stealing merchandise from the Lakewood Wal-Mart. Lakewood-Busti Police say they responded to a shoplifting complaint at the store just before 5:30 PM Thursday. Officers say they found both 25-year-old Keanu Perez and 36-year-old Brooke DePonceau still inside the store when they arrived. Both Perez and DePonceau were found to have passed all points of sale with the stolen items. Both were charged with petit larceny and were arraigned and issued appearance tickets for Busti Town Court.
