A Falconer woman was arrested for drug possession charges by Ellicott Police. The Town of Ellicot Police Department responded to the Budget Inn to assist New York State Parole on September 24th. It is alleged that 29-year-old Dezera Miller was located inside one of the rooms in possession of what is believed to be cocaine. Miller was arrested and charged with 7th-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Miller is due to appear in the Town of Ellicott court at a later date.
