State Police arrested a man from Erie, Pennsylvania following an incident in the Town of Ellicott Saturday night. According to troopers based in Jamestown, 43-year-old Adam Hale was charged with 3rd-degree unlawfully fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle and DWI shortly after 11:00 PM. Hale was issued an appearance ticket.
