A 17-year-old from Sinclairville faces a charge stemming from a domestic dispute in the Town of Stockton. According to State Police from the SP Fredonia barracks, the unidentified teen was arrested Tuesday afternoon and charged with criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation. The minor was issued an appearance ticket for Family Court.
