Morning drug raids lead to three arrests in Jamestown

A several month long investigation into the sales and trafficking of crack cocaine in the Jamestown area led to two separate raids this morning and netted police a total of three arrests. 35-year-old Raymond Johnson and 27-year-old Vanessa Figueredo were picked up after a legal search of a 3rd floor apartment at 73 Grant Street where more than 2 ounces of crack cocaine and more than $1,500 in cash were recovered. Police also made entry into residence at 84 Falconer Street where agents found 28-year-old Jason Johnson along with 9 grams of crack and a small amount of cash. Johnson and Figueredo are facing criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 3rd degree and criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. Johnson has been charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd.
