Bills Quarterbacks Shine in Preseason Blowout of Steelers

The quarterback position is one of the Buffalo Bills' big concerns as the 2015 NFL regular season approaches. But in the preseason game that is considered to be "dress rehearsal" for the regular season, all three quarterbacks vying for Buffalo's starting job put on a great show. On Saturday at Ralph Wilson Stadium, E.J. Manuel, Matt Cassel, and Tyrod Taylor combined to complete 25 out of 28 passes for 330 yards and two touchdowns as the Bills blew out the Pittsburgh Steelers 43-19. Rex Ryan: feels good about the QBs
Ryan plans on making a decision today on who Buffalo's starting quarterback will be against the Indianapolis Colts in the September 13th season opener. He also announced that Matt Simms will start for the Bills in their final preseason game Thursday night in Detroit.
E.J. Manuel started the game and went 7-of-8 for 170 yards and two touchdowns. Matt Cassel completed 6 of 7 passes for 38 yards. Tyrod Taylor went 12-of-13 for 122 yards and added a 20-yard touchdown run.
